3M Accepts Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal

Pay securely using any major credit or debit card, including Switch, Solo, Visa & MasterCard or alternatively, you can pay using Paypal.

For security, we will ship items to the registered billing address for your payment card and you will be asked to provide this at the first page of our secure checkout. If you opt to pay via Paypal, you'll be directed to Paypal as part of our checkout process and will not need to give us any credit/debit card details.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If, for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. You will be refunded in full for the product you return as long as we receive it within 14 working days of your delivery and it is in the same condition, complete with all accessories and packaging, as originally supplied. The refund will be applied to the card used to pay for the order. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account. If you do wish to return a product, please send an e-mail (clearly stating order number) to our customer services team at sales@3mselect.co.uk where full instructions for collection/return/refund will be given. 3M will only cover return / collection of faulty product.

Warranty

All products are new and provided with a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated in the item listing. In the event of a claim, please send an e-mail (clearly stating order number) to our customer services team at sales@3mselect.co.uk where full instructions for collection/replacement/refund will be provided. 3M will cover the costs of collecting / returning your product.

Liability

3M will only be liable for direct loss (except in the case of death or personal injury caused by 3M's negligence) up to a maximum of the total price of the products purchased in respect of any claim.

3M does not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from: (i) any inability to access the web site; (ii) the cost of substitute products for the cost of obtaining such products or, (iii) any failure to complete a transaction.

3M shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever suffered by you whether this loss or damage arises from a breach of duty in contract, or in tort, or in any other way (including loss or damage arising from 3M's negligence). Your statutory rights are not affected.
