What type of products are
sold in the 3M Online store on eBay?
We sell a range of products from the 3M Consumer and
Office Division. This range includes end-of-line
products, non-current packaged products, excess
promotional stocks and some great new products which are
not yet widely available in the UK. What is the condition of the
products sold at your store?
All products are new and boxed. We do not sell
refurbished items.
Do products come with
warranty?
Unless otherwise stated in the auction listing, products
are expected to be in working condition and are sold with
a product warranty. All items are provided with a 30 day
warranty except for electrical goods which come with a 12
month RTB warranty.
When does my warranty
period start?
The warranty period starts on the date you receive your
item from the 3M Outlet Store. You will need to quote
your ORDER NUMBER when making a warranty claim, this will
allow us to assess the claim period in question).

Questions
How long do I have to
checkout and pay for my item after the auction ends?
You must pay for auction within 5 days or eBay UPI
proceedings will be made against your seller ID. This can
lead ultimately to negative feedback.
How do I complete
checkout?
After winning an auction you will receive an e-mail from
us containing a link to our secure checkout site where
you can submit payment.
You will need to click on the checkout link within the
e-mail to complete your transaction.
If you are unable to click on the provided link, you will
need to copy and paste the link into your browser.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD CREDIT CARDS and VISA,
SWITCH, SOLO, DELTA and ELECTRON, DEBIT CARDS via our
secure checkout site.
We also accept payments via PAYPAL
I did not receive my
checkout email, what do I do?
If you do not receive the checkout email within 24 hours,

to contact us and we will resend your Checkout
email.

have been issued outside of the UK?
Yes, although we can only deliver the the registered
cardholders address.

No, we only accept the methods previously mentioned.
What if there is a
problem with my PAYPAL payment?
Please refer to PAYPAL customer services directly if you
experience issues with sending your PAYPAL funds.

dispatched with your item.

Shipping Questions
Who pays for postage?
The buyer pays all postage costs. Delivery is via a
carrier of our choosing and is restricted to the UK
destination shown below. The shipping cost is stated in
the individual listing as shipping cost vary based on
size/weight of products and delivery address. Shipping
cost includes basic insurance.
Do you only ship
within the UK?
We offer shipping to the UK at £4.95 for ANY order & the rest of
Europe at £9.95 for ANY order.
Do you ship to Scottish Highlands/Channel Islands?
We offer shipping to the UK at £4.95 for ANY order & the rest of
Europe at £9.95 for ANY order..
Can I ship to an
address different from my credit/debit card address?
For your security, orders will only be sent to the
credit/debit card holder's registered address which will
be the address that you have registered with PAYPAL for
your payment cards. We will only ship to this
destination.

Return Policy Questions
What is the return and
exchange policy?
You may return for exchange or refund any product you buy
from us within 14 working days of receipt. To arrange a
return/refund, please send an e-mail to 3msupport@marketworks.com
and include your eBay item number and buyer User ID.
Returned items remain your responsibility until we
receive them and should be in the same condition as when
they were supplied. If you return an item of high value,
we strongly recommend that you use one of the Royal
Mail's premium services. The buyer is responsible for
all costs associated with returning an item unless
advised otherwise by our customer services
team.
My product arrived
damaged during shipping, who should I contact?
If an item has been damaged during shipping or does not
match our item description, we offer a 14 day exchange
policy from the date that you receive the product. Please
use our 3m@marketworks.com and include
your email address, eBay Listing Number and/or order
number, and a brief description of the damage/problem in
your inquiry so one of our agents can promptly research
your request with in 48 hours.

this time we are unable to facilitate a direct service
